Requests for cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference start date. If a cancellation is requested within 45 days of the conference start date, no refund will be provided.
Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, the credit card is not able to be changed. If a cancellation is eligible for a refund with a $295 processing fee, then a refund will be credited using the original method of payment. Cancellations received after the cutoff date will not be refunded for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
